Veyronix User Guide: From Beginner to Expert
Managing a successful guild in Albion Online is like a full-time job. Veyronix was designed to reduce the burden on managers to zero with the tools it provides over Discord. In this guide, we will explain how to set up Veyronix and get the maximum efficiency out of its features.
Step 1: Installation and Basic Settings
After adding the Veyronix bot to your server (with administrator permissions), the first thing you need to do is introduce your guild information to the system.
- Run the
/settingscommand in any officer channel. - Fill in the Guild Name field from the menu with its exact in-game name.
- Determine which channels the bot will send messages to using the Log Channel or Party Channel options.
Note: Make sure the bot has permission to send messages and embed links in these channels for it to work.
Step 2: Party System (Party Builder)
You are organizing an event and want to gather people. The /createparty command comes to your rescue.
- When you type the command, enter an event title (e.g., "Tier 8 Avalon Dungeon").
- The bot automatically creates a stylish ticket/message in the channel you specified.
- Members register for the event as Tank, Healer, or DPS by pressing the interactive buttons below the message.
- When the limit is reached, the leader can stop participation with the
/closepartycommand.
This way, you can see exactly who will come with which role before the battle even starts.
Step 3: Killboard Integration (Premium Feature)
If you have the Premium package, Veyronix runs completely autonomously in the background. It connects to Albion Online's official API services to pull your guild's statistics.
- Every day at 20:00, it posts a list to Discord of the players who got the most PvP kills, dealt the highest damage, or earned the most Fame for the guild.
- This data creates sweet competition among your players and tremendously increases guild activity.
Step 4: Whitelist (Authorization)
There is a "Whitelist" system to prevent everyone from using the bot and cluttering the place.
- Using the
/whitelistadd @Rolecommand, you can allow only individuals with the "Guild Master" or "Officer" roles to create parties. - The
/whitelistremove @Rolecommand is available to revoke permissions.
Take your Albion Online experience to professional e-sports standards with Veyronix!
